Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

• ✓Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will appear on your card statement within 5-10 business days after processing
• ✓UPI/Net Banking: Refunds will be credited to your account within 3-7 business days
• ✓Razorpay Wallet: Instant refund to your wallet balance
• ✓EMI Purchases: Refunds for EMI transactions may take longer; please contact your bank for details

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

• •Products with obvious signs of use or missing accessories
• •Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
• •Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• •Products returned without all original packaging and documentation

If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account again - processing times vary by financial institution
2. Contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
3. Contact your bank - there is often processing time before a refund is posted
4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at refunds@medinexus.com

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at support@medinexus.com and send your item to the address we provide.

You may cancel your order before it ships:

• ✓Before Shipping: Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
• ✗After Shipping: You will need to follow our return policy instead
