All medical equipment sold through our platform complies with relevant regulatory standards including FDA, CE marking, ISO 13485, and Indian Medical Device Regulations. We maintain certifications and quality assurance protocols to ensure the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
Medical equipment must be used only by qualified healthcare professionals. Misuse may result in serious injury or equipment damage, and may void warranties and support agreements.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner. Razorpay complies with PCI DSS Level 1 standards and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
We are continuously expanding our payment options. Planned features include: subscription billing for maintenance services, international payment support, cryptocurrency payments (where legally permitted), and enhanced EMI options with multiple financial partners.
