Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For medical equipment and devices, returns are accepted within 15 days if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• ✓Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• ✓Product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
• ✓Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
• ✓Product packaging and seals must be intact for medical devices

The following items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

• ✗Opened or used medical devices and equipment
• ✗Personal care items that have been opened or used
• ✗Consumable medical supplies (masks, gloves, etc.)
• ✗Custom-made or personalized products
• ✗Software licenses and digital downloads

1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@medinexus.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Get Authorization: Wait for our team to review and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
4. Ship It Back: Ship the item to the address provided by our team. You will receive shipping instructions with your RAN.
5. Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@medinexus.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.
